The place was clean, but the staff were very rude, arrogant, and insisted on advance payment, wasting time during check‑in.

From start to finish the stay was simply amazing. We felt at home from the first minute. We spent three nights at Hotel Muchele and enjoyed every minute. A bowl and blanket were provided for our small dog. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We will definitely return. Everything was great.
