Right in the heart of Shkoder, it was a lovely place to sip cocktails and people watch in the evening. Smokers at breakfast time. Neither of us are smokers and we’d prefer if there was a space to eat breakfast without them. Some will have trouble lugging heavy suitcases up and down the stairs
