The location is good, not far from the train station, and you can walk to Kochi Castle.

Very beautiful and the staff were kind; they offered free cycle service.

The location is excellent—very close to Kochi Castle, the market, and the shopping district. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The room was very small with extremely uncomfortable pillows, and the thin walls let you hear everything around you all night. The 11th‑floor beer garden seemed closed at the time, which was unfortunate despite the good weather.

I found myself in a situation where I had to book a room at short notice, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's great location and reasonable price. I ended up extending my stay by another night, and the staff were more than happy to accommodate me. However, I did notice that the sound from the neighboring rooms was quite audible, and I could hear things like the TV, phone, and even someone coughing. The hotel itself is a bit old, so I suppose that's to be expected.
