The staff were the only bright spot, behaving superbly, but the rest of the hotel was a disaster. There was no pantry at all, and I had to pay 300 rupees for a half portion of desi rice and normal daal that the staff somehow brought to me. Even the free water bottle that should have been provided daily had to be purchased. The air conditioning was completely non‑functional, making the place unsuitable for families.

Hotel people are asking more money @ 250 extra than it was booked online No change of bed sheet and blanket No hot water available No proper cleaning of room No wifi available No AC. Better cleaning with all facilities they should provide as mentioned in their hotel
