“Meh”
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. However, the room and shower were extremely small, with no place to store belongings. There was also an odd smell in the room, and I feel they are charging too much for what you receive.

Parking is convenient. The carpet in the building isn’t particularly clean. They boast a gym and sauna, but there’s no lift. In the bathroom there’s no place to hang towels, and there’s little room to open a suitcase. The shower lacks a wall, so everything gets wet. The room has only one outlet for charging a phone.

The spot is close to the bus stop that takes you to different parts of Ljubljana, and the breakfast offers both savory and sweet options. The facility is very basic, more suited to young travelers or transit guests; the room was very small and the bathroom even smaller.
The breakfast was excellent and the place was clean, but the rooms were small.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. Given the price, I expected much more, especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Upon arrival the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The fixtures had visible dirt and grime, the edges and hard‑to‑reach areas around the shower curtain and toilet area were dirty. Photos clearly show the condition, which I believe is unacceptable for a guest accommodation. The strong sewage smell throughout the room was particularly disturbing and affected comfort. Additionally, the bathroom had a torn or falling hanger, indicating poor maintenance. The location is good, but a good location cannot justify such a low level of cleanliness and upkeep, especially at this price. For the price I expected a clean, tidy, and pleasant stay, which I did not receive.
