The property was neat and tidy. Mr. Farnandiz and another lady were both very pleasant, and Mr. Farnandiz himself is a very humble man. However, despite staying on the premises, the staff claimed we had not checked in at the scheduled time, which feels unethical.

The spacious room offered more seating options than just the bed, a kitchenette with kettle and fridge, a beautiful bathroom, and everything was impeccably clean. The air‑conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The shower never produced hot water, but that might be normal in India.

The room was clean and quiet, with inverter backup power, and it was close to the places we wanted to visit.

Breakfast was good, and Agnelo’s service was excellent. I would suggest offering yoghurt or lassi instead of juice on some days if possible.
