I was welcomed warmly, the room was quiet and far from any noise, and the overall comfort of the place was great. I managed to finish some urgent work that I couldn't avoid. The heat during that period was insane, and I was only saved by the air‑conditioner.

We stayed at this B&B for three nights. Enzo, the owner, is a helpful, kind person who pays attention to guests' needs and always smiles. He always gave us useful directions and tips. Having bikes available was a big plus, especially with the nearby cycle track and the beauty of the Adriatic cycle path. I recommend it. 🤗

The place is welcoming and comfortable! Enzo is extremely helpful and friendly. He doesn't leave anything out! Highly recommended!

The location is close to Roseto degli Abruzzi, yet in a calm setting with easy parking. The bathroom is very large, even though it’s separate from the room (private but accessed with a key from the hallway). The breakfast prepared by the owner is fantastic, and he’s extremely helpful.
