The setting was nothing short of spectacular; our room offered a view of the Matterhorn and there are lovely hikes right from the front door. The only gripe was that the toilet paper was rough.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with automated curtains and a modern bathroom; the bed was also big and comfy. Big thanks to the general staff for being very polite and attentive, especially Florencia at breakfast and Alexander at the restaurant. Breakfast was amazing, with incredible eggs and many options. The spa is excellent, offering many experiences, saunas, and pools. Other highlights include the bowling area, the bar with live music, and the two restaurants. The reception staff weren’t very helpful – they didn’t give any local tips, didn’t actually reserve restaurants even though they claimed to, and the concierge seemed almost arrogant and gave us little attention. The warm pools could be a bit warmer.
