The neighborhood was fine, close to a bus stop, grocery stores and restaurants, the common area was reasonably comfortable to use, there was air conditioning and plenty of toiletries including shampoo and a hair dryer. The bed was terrible, small and hard, so you couldn’t lie down comfortably, and the walls inside the building were thinner than paper; from the top floor you could hear dishes being washed in the kitchen two floors below.

The place was gorgeous with stunning views, close to amenities and bus routes, the owners were very communicative and helpful when we arrived early, and I’d definitely return.

The location was perfect, parking was easy to find, and the room was clean. We also liked the air conditioning and the large shared fridge. However, we slept on the top floor, the stairs and soundproofing were awful, and the bed was really small and uncomfortable even though a larger one would fit the room without issues.

The contact person found an acceptable alternative for us. The listing on Booking was confusing; the terrace and living room are actually shared spaces with other guests, so the acoustic isolation is poor and you get neither quiet nor privacy.
