Check‑in was top‑class, the breakfast was very good and varied, and the staff received high praise—especially the waitress! The beds were back‑friendly. Towels were about 70 % worn and smelled of cheap detergent. Room cleanliness was mediocre, sometimes very worn and noisy. That night we had a fire alarm (luckily nothing happened); we all evacuated to the reception, and sleep became impossible afterward. A heads‑up and a small apology would have been appropriate.
The location is good, but the place isn't clean; the cleaning crew skips certain rooms.

The staff and breakfast were excellent, and the location was also fine—everything was easily reachable. While waiting for the taxi to the airport, we were offered a cup of coffee, which was nice. After a while, the manager informed us that we could pay for the coffee at the desk. The cost of a few cents for coffee doesn't matter; what matters is the manager’s service.
