The hotel exceeded all expectations. The service was the best. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated, the food was spectacular, and the overall service quality was outstanding.

The breakfast was very varied and offered a fantastic selection for every taste. We especially enjoyed the Greek evening, which was well organized for all guests. We had the chance to try a range of Greek specialties. The outdoor area with the private pool was beautiful and inviting for relaxation. Only the water temperature was a bit too cool in October to fully enjoy the pool. Overall, we felt very comfortable and appreciated the lovely atmosphere. A small drawback was the somewhat cramped toilet and shower area, especially for a family of four with teenagers; more space and privacy would have been preferable. The partially open door to the toilet/shower area felt less than optimal in that setup. Additionally, the pillows were not particularly comfortable for me personally, but that’s subjective as everyone has different sleeping habits and comfort expectations.

We really liked the hotel. We stayed in a pool apartment. The staff—from reception, to the restaurant, to maintenance, to housekeeping—were all fantastic! Everyone was very courteous and seemed to enjoy their jobs. We also liked the breakfast. The Greek family evening was amazing. All guests were invited and we got to chat with other guests. That was very nice! The only negative was that the area looked pretty run down, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. There were few inviting taverns nearby, and there was a lot of vacancy. For us it wasn’t a problem because we had a rental car and could explore Crete (at least the north/east side).

The hotel’s services were courteous and very pleasant. The facilities and the room were excellent. The breakfast was very good, the location was convenient, quiet, and enjoyable.

We recently stayed at this brand-new boutique hotel as a family of five (two adults and three kids), and we had an incredible vacation. The hotel is stunning, modern, and completely brand new. We stayed in a fabulous 2-bedroom suite featuring a private pool and a gorgeous sea view just 20 meters away from us. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The entire staff is exceptionally generous, warm, and always ready to help with anything we needed. In addition to our private pool, the property offers a great main pool, a well-equipped gym, a sauna, and relaxing massage chairs. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. The location is also fantastic—surrounded by plenty of very authentic local tavernas and restaurants serving amazing food. Plus, it is conveniently located just a 30-minute drive from Heraklion, making it easy to explore when you want to head into the city
