The location in central Paris was perfect, and the beds/mattresses were solid. Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all, and the sound insulation between rooms was poor enough that earplugs were needed for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was standard—convenient for those short on time, though alternatives exist.

The room was clean and tidy, but the breakfast was sparse. The photos on the hotel’s site showed a wide spread, yet in reality there was little variety and no cold cuts.

Great location, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent cleanliness. The lack of water in the room, even as a complimentary gift, and the damaged corridor that needed renovation were disappointing, especially for a hotel that had only recently been refurbished. I had stayed here ten years ago while the renovations were underway.
