The cleanliness was awful – guests’ hair was on the sheets, the room and bathroom were dirty. The main issue is the owner, who I think is named ALESSANDRO :): he clearly needs therapy. Spend your money elsewhere. It’s no surprise all reviews are negative.

The location and convenience of being near the metro and Varicano are great. The only downside was pigeons on the balcony.

Absolutely terrible. The host was rude and didn’t respond at all. At the last minute he claimed he was giving me another property, which was disgusting. There was no light and he cursed on a phone call. First, he sent me scam messages from a different WhatsApp. Second, the property didn’t match the pictures at all.

The location was good, especially for visiting the Vatican. Beyond that, we didn’t have many positives during the stay. The main issue was the service: the person in charge was extremely rude and unfriendly, especially at check‑in, leaving us feeling poorly welcomed. There was no toilet paper and we had to ask for more. Breakfast was just a voucher for an off‑site bakery, with a loaf of bread and a croissant, which didn’t meet our expectations. Cleaning could have been better and the internet connection was poor. Overall, we were very disappointed.

The accommodation was nothing like the photos on the website. There was no check‑in procedure. Contact with the owner was disastrous, with a threatening tone. The place was unsanitary. We stayed 10 minutes and left because we didn’t feel safe.
