The location was fantastic, close to great restaurants literally at our front door. It was up 5 steep flights of stairs so good for a workout too!. It didn’t have much in the way of cooking products ie no salt and pepper or cooking oil

Well located, nice view, pleasant, clean and comfortable. There are stairs to climb, but that’s common in most places. I would add an electric kettle and clearly mark the bathroom exit ceiling to avoid bumps. Everything I liked.

“Sconsigliatissimo”

The property is centrally located. We were told that two cleanings would take place during our stay. Upon arrival, we were told that was not possible and only one cleaning was done. We find it unfair that if a guest requests an additional cleaning it must be paid as an extra service, while if a cleaning is missed compared to what was promised, no refund is granted. For the whole week we had serious water pressure issues. The shower never worked properly and we had to wash ourselves using only the showerhead. For a couple of days even that had problems (very little water), to the point that we had to go to our friends’ apartment to wash. In the end we found a cockroach inside the apartment. Overall, there was a complete lack of customer service in finding solutions, everything was normal and they could do nothing. After all the problems we experienced, they told us they couldn’t give any refund because all the issues were “normal”. Not being able to shower in August is normal? Watch out not to be taken for a fool.
