The staff were friendly and the transfer worked, but the place doesn’t meet Italian standards—everything feels very basic, there’s no wardrobe, no crutches, no towel hook, and the shower floods the room risking a slip. I never got hot water… luckily it was only for one night!

The spot’s location is perfect for city visits, with free parking nearby, and the breakfasts are generous and tasty—thanks to the staff. Cleanliness is mediocre and incense was left in the room daily. There’s no access to a private terrace, and it’s unclear who owns the place; a man below takes over the space and gives out instructions (no AC because of power cuts, no terrace or kitchen access). The accommodation is actually shared: the lower floor has the kitchen, garden, and two rooms; the upper has three rooms and a living area. Each room has a lock, but the living room doesn’t. It’s not suited for families, more for a traveling duo.
