The location was good, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and friendly – a solid choice for a stay in Turin. Breakfast was a bit basic but still adequate.

I stayed there with my partner at the start of September, and the staff were really friendly; one of them even made an effort to speak French, a language she learned in school in Italy! The room was very comfortable with air conditioning, and it was cleaned and the bed made every morning even though we only spent three nights. A big bonus was that we could leave our luggage at the hotel until 6 pm on the day of departure, even though we checked out in the late morning. The only downside was that the hot water took a while to arrive once, and it would have been useful to have a TV to broadcast on.

The place is great, only a 10‑minute walk from the main train station and the start of Via Roma, surrounded by local bars and restaurants. What made the stay so lovely was the staff—so polite, helpful, and professional; we felt like we were being hosted by a family. The hotel had just been refurbished and looked fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast (continental) was good but nothing special. The only thing I’d pick out is that the room was a bit small, but that was fine for our short stay.

The location is excellent, close to the centre with a lively neighbourhood and plenty of good restaurants, even a great one right next door, plus supermarkets. It’s very quiet, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the room service is good and caring. I have dietary restrictions and couldn’t eat anything except boiled eggs—no vegetables or gluten‑free options, which was sad.
