The staff were wonderful and incredibly accommodating, the restaurant was amazing, and the chef arranged a blind tasting that was absolutely incredible; the waiters were simply the best, making it an unforgettable dining experience. The only problem was when we arrived: GPS led us across a bridge that looked unreliable, so we hesitated; after stopping to ask for directions, someone confirmed the bridge was the correct route to the resort, so adding a sign near the bridge would help international visitors who might be unfamiliar with the area.

The hotel is very well cared for, the pool is delicious, and the staff are super helpful. It was not announced that part of the thermal baths were not functioning.

The hotel is clean, the restaurant staff are excellent, the rooms are kept nice and clean, and the reception staff are polite and helpful. The food is varied and tasty, with a choice of restaurants. No one told us that the 'smart pool', the larger of the two pools, was closed, nor did the hotel management inform us; this made a big difference to us. We have been coming for many years and if we had known the smart pool was closed, we wouldn’t have gone. The smart pool had food and drink facilities at a kiosk on site, but the only pool available had no facilities and limited seating. I now understand why the pool was closed, but my issue is that we should have been informed that the pool was not in use; as far as I am concerned we paid for a facility that was not available. The booklet in the bedroom said "piscine termali'" indicating more than one pool, and the hotel website also states "piscine termali'" in the plural. I have already asked customer services why we weren’t advised that the pool was not in use, but I have had no response.
