“Perfect location”

Communication was good, the digital check‑in was easy, the free secure online parking worked, and the breakfast was nice. It’s a perfect spot for a gig at The Dome. The room was basic, lacked a hairdryer, but was clean, comfortable, and had an en‑suite.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were lovely and spotless, and the location was perfect for anyone visiting London. Breakfast tasted great—what more could you ask for? We’ll definitely return.

“Great location, staff, service & parking. Let down only by size of bedroom and inadequate bathroom.”

The location was great for an event in Islington, the area was quiet, and the hotel offered a free rear car park—a rarity in North London. The code entry to the hotel and room worked smoothly. The bed was very comfortable, and the cooked breakfast was included in the price. Staff were friendly and helpful, and a free coffee machine in the central area was a nice touch. I’d recommend it for a short stay in London; it’s about a 15‑minute walk to bus and tube access. I can’t recommend staying in room 13! I’m not commenting on other rooms, but ours was very small and felt cramped. There were four search lights in the ceiling but no smaller side light for evening use, and no bedside tables, so there was nowhere to put a drink, etc. Only one electrical socket. The bathroom was even smaller and hard to use because of the lack of space, making it unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties.

“Surpris de manière positive”

Despite the poor Google reviews and the awful rating, I wouldn’t trust them. I found a place with excellent value. The common areas and rooms were very clean and modern, the bedding was quality, reception was very flexible, parking was free and easy to access, and the location was fairly good in a quiet neighbourhood. There were free water bottles and a coffee machine in the lobby. Check‑in was autonomous, secure, and digital. Breakfast was also very good and of high quality. I was genuinely surprised, as I didn’t expect this for such an affordable price, so I highly recommend it! I couldn’t find a mirror in the bathroom, and the shower temperature was either freezing or scorching, with a very weak flow. The breakfast area was a bit small, even though we were quickly given a spot.

“Lovely quiet area within great reach of London, good value as breakfast included and room comfy and clean”

The spot is brilliant, just a 6‑7 minute walk to the tube, in a very safe and lovely area that’s also very quiet. I wished there were a bedside table, a bathroom shelf for toothbrushes, and a small wardrobe or rail to hang things, but overall it was a very good stay.
