“Small, and charming Hotel next to the Sea”
Very nice small hotel next to the coast, clean, comfortable and very welcoming; I enjoyed the bath too.

A gorgeously kept Showa‑era inn with amazing bath facilities, wonderful ocean views, delightful staff, delicious food, and a comfortable room; only beer was available in the on‑site vending machine, so I had to cross the street for water or tea.

I was thrilled by how close the hotel sits to the shoreline; opening the sliding doors in the morning revealed the sea framed by beautiful pine trees. Everyone here is lovely, and breakfast is served in a private room on the same floor as the guest room. The bath felt almost private because no one else was around. On the second night the scent wasn’t too strong, though it does happen from time to time. We had our baskets ready with towels, yukata, and socks. The hotel manager drove us to the station so we could catch our train, and I’d love to come back. The reception décor isn’t exactly my style, but that’s not a big deal.

The bathroom and washbasin were spotless, and from my room I could hear the waves and see the sea. However, the bath water wasn’t heated properly.

The view from the room was spectacular, with pine trees in front and the ocean behind. One evening the bath had a slightly unpleasant odor, and it seems to happen occasionally.
