“Tellement incroyable qu’on a repris une nuit en plus”
The staff were incredibly kind, always greeting us with a smile and happy to give recommendations if asked. Beware that the door thresholds are very low, which can be a problem for taller guests.
We were seated and received a welcoming tea while checking in, and soft bumpers were installed above the doorways, which was helpful for me at 6'1".

The building is beautiful and very welcoming.

The house feels like a traditional Japanese home, with a smooth transition between the exterior and interior. The pottery shop and café downstairs are lovely, and there were no complaints.

The renovation of the old farmhouse preserved its atmosphere, which I liked, and the shop offered a good selection of goods. The location was great for the Seto pottery market, even though it was a very crowded period, the owner and staff still provided excellent service. The café menu could use a few more meal options.
