The welcome from Fabrizio was really good, and his dad and sister, who live on the property, were also pleasant and discreet. The place is genuinely peaceful, perched on a small Tuscan hill with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The pool was great and the kids loved it. The accommodation itself is charming, featuring a large private terrace. The beds were a bit firm, the Wi‑Fi was spotty, and there were a few missing kitchen utensils in my opinion. There isn’t a living room, but that isn’t a big deal.

The apartment looked exactly as it did in the photos—comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The terrace offered an amazing view of the whole area, making sunset evenings especially enjoyable. Fabricio’s service was excellent; he was attentive from the moment we arrived, concerned about all our needs, and always ready to help or give us guides for exploring Tuscany. The area is beautiful, the apartment is very comfortable, and the location is perfect for staying in the countryside while still being able to reach all the nearby villages. Bringing a car is convenient because there are no bus services that pass through the area. The Wi‑Fi is available, though its quality isn’t the best, which is the main point to improve. Otherwise, it’s an ideal place where we stayed for three weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended for a vacation and for exploring Tuscany.

The location, the calm, and the owners’ availability were all great, and the pool was a real plus. The terrace could use a little refresh.
