I arrived a bit before the check‑in time and they let me into the room right away, which was a big help since I was exhausted from traveling. The room was spotless and well organized, with fresh bed linens and towels. The hotel has a solid setup, including a restaurant, a laundry room with an iron, and more. Breakfast was excellent, featuring eggs—something I found unusual in Peru—and other tasty dishes. Receptionist Camila, along with the rest of the staff, handled both check‑in and check‑out smoothly. They even allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out until our flight, which was very convenient. I especially want to highlight Camila at breakfast for her proactive, attentive service and her fluent Portuguese.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was the same every day, and there was a lot of vehicle noise because of the location.

I loved the hotel because it has everything: one floor has a pressing area, another has a mini gym, there’s hot water, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a hair dryer in the room. The staff is super friendly, and breakfast is also very tasty. In short, it’s a hotel that offers everything! The only downside was that the bed felt a bit soft, but since I usually sleep on an orthopedic mattress, I noticed it more.

“¡El mejor hotel de Lima!”

This was the only place we stayed at again during our trip to Peru, and they made our arrival feel effortless and special from the moment we set foot in the country, so we didn’t hesitate to return right before heading home. The staff is impressive—friendly, efficient, quick, and always ready with a special touch for guests. Their dedication and personal quality are evident. They did such a great job that the whole trip felt calm and we only had to focus on enjoying and making the most of our time in Lima. Thank you for such wonderful stays; truly a 10/10!
