The location was great, the breakfast tasty and the pool spacious; the rooms feel a little old-fashioned and there was no bath plug, small details like that.

I liked the pool, the beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good; the room lacked a bath plug, but room service delivered one promptly.

The place is well situated and the breakfast buffet is very good; everything in the public areas was too cold.

The location is fine, but there were extra charges that weren’t advertised.

Everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful, and I loved being able to walk from the lift straight onto Queen Street Mall; they let me check in early at 11 am and check out late at 1 pm the next day. The foyer is beautiful and the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety, including a lady who served nachos—tortilla corn chips with baked beans and avocado—that was a tasty Mexican twist. They really go the extra mile, which impressed me. The only issue was that we needed two more towels for the three of us, but after calling reception they arrived easily. Everything was perfect.
