The front desk staff were friendly enough when I checked in, which was a decent start. Unfortunately the room itself was a nightmare – the sheets were dirty, the floor had stains, and even the coffee pot and toaster looked grimy. I couldn’t stay in the kitchen area because everything there was filthy.

“I will never stay there again , I’d rather sleep in my car”

The hotel’s location was spot‑on for my job, so getting to work was easy. Inside, though, the room felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages – the carpet and walls were dirty, the mattress sagged in the middle and offered no support. To make matters worse there was no hair dryer or even the tiny shampoo bottles you expect.

The office shuts its doors at 10 pm, so if you roll in after that you’re left guessing where to get the room key. We made it just before the closure, but anyone arriving later would have been stuck without any clear instructions. That late‑night confusion really threw a wrench into the stay.

“Just don't. It was the only option”

The suite was roomy with three beds and even a tiny kitchenette, which we barely used because we spent most of our time out. However, the moment we opened the door the smell of an ashtray hit us, the AC roared like a freight train, and the windows had no screens. The walls were dingy and clearly in need of a fresh coat of paint, and the beds were only doubles, not the queens we expected.
