I requested something for the anniversary, but nothing happened even by verbal request.

I stayed in a room that was dirty, damp, and infested with bugs – nothing positive to mention.

The staff were good and the location was very nice. However, the kids’ play area was too small and unsafe; the toys were broken and could hurt children. The pool area was fine, but the floor around the edges was slippery, posing a serious risk – a clear, non‑slip tape or silicone could prevent falls that might break a child’s arm.
