We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and everything was exactly as it should be. The spa was excellent, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily stay here again!

No positives. Everything about the room was negative.

The spot is decent for public transport and the staff are very professional when greeting guests. I was told to request housekeeping, which I did, but when they returned the room was cleaned yet the towels were left on the floor. I’m not a messy person and the only thing I look forward to is coming back to find my bed made, dirty glasses and cups removed and replaced, which makes me feel like I’m on holiday.
