The room was clean with enough furniture and lighting. It sits in a strategic spot with main attractions, MRT stations, and eateries within walking distance. The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating. The highlight was that they let me check in early because the room was ready. Great! The shampoo wasn’t provided; only one soap, a small lotion bottle, and the bath gel bottle is stuck to the wall.

The prime spot in Kuala Lumpur’s main shopping and entertainment hub (Bukit Bintang) makes it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping at nearby malls like Lot 10, Plaza Low Yat, Sungei Wang Plaza, Pavilion, etc. I really enjoyed the local food scene, especially Jalan Alor with its many options, and the nightlife. The hotel room was excellent with a nice view of the Petronas Twin Towers and a comfortable bed. The property was clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I especially liked the breakfast – it was delicious.
