“Heerlijk en gezellig hotel met een hele leuke lobby en bar”

I stayed in room 903, and the view of the city was stunning. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Museum Nordrhein Westfalen and the popular shopping spots. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of spreads and a nice coffee from the bar, and the staff were attentive, clearing the tables regularly. The room itself was quiet. The only downside was the small bathroom – the glass wall between the toilet and shower in the cramped space isn’t very practical for those who need more room.

The location was great, within walking distance of everything but still outside the bustle. However, only two towels and one pillow were provided, and the room was set up for one person even though two of us were staying.

The sheets on the bed were stained with blood, and the staff only provided new ones the next day at reception. The duvet was also covered in urine and blood stains.
