The staff were friendly and professional, and they gladly fulfilled my room request. The location is easy to find and convenient for catching a flight from Sacramento Airport, and the area offers plenty of dining options. Next time I might use the airport shuttle. The air conditioner was loud.

Nice and clean. I had to keep calling about my deposit each time I stayed here; after several phone calls I finally got a manager to help fix the problem. They charged my room for purchases that another guest made. They treated me like I was the problem. I travel to see family or do business; I loved the room but they seem to be after your money. No accommodations for such mistakes either. Won’t be going back. I stay at the hotel across from Yay One now, which is nice and professional and I get my deposit back in a timely manner.
