The proximity was great. There was no air conditioning (even though it was listed). The bunk bed on the top floor wasn’t secured (no barrier). I didn’t realize it was a basement with no daylight. There was a massive mosquito attack.

“Watch all conditions before you book”

The check‑in was smooth, parking was plentiful, the spot was well‑located, and the kitchen—complete with a coffee machine—was impressive. I did, however, notice that the room sat in a cellar, felt damp and had a faint odor. The space itself wasn’t generous, and the door‑unlocking mechanism had a flaw that needed fixing. The biggest gripe was being asked to pay a hefty city tax that wasn’t listed in the original price; other Italian hotels had it included, so if I’d known the final cost I might have chosen elsewhere. Whether intentional or not, that feels unfair on the owner’s part.

“Nepotrebuji moc,,ale cekal jsem vice”

Bylo cisto, k dispozici společná lednice. Problem byl najit vchod. I kdyz jsme dorazili kolem 17.30, tak jsme byli kontaktování jen po telefonu paní, která umělá jen italsky, tedy velmi špatná domluva. Nasledne napsala, ze ji máme poslat online doklady a zaplatit 15 Eur tourist tax. Ale kam? Odmítla Revolut a trvala na pay pal. Takže uvítání samoobslužné a snidane taky. V Lednici jen mléčné výrobky, zadna uzenina, sýry, ovoce,vajíčka a kapsle na kafe spotřebovany. Pokoj suterén, budiž, ale na větrání jen hlučný odvlhcovac vzduchu, který navic nejel a mel plný zásobník vody
