There were homeless people in the vicinity of the hotel and the facilities were very run down, with no positives to mention.

I can’t think of anything that would be nice; it’s not like you’re getting a room for free for the headache you experience; the humidity and wet floor mean a health hazard, the room smells of moisture, the floors get wet with humidity levels, the window is cracked, and there are no towels or proper hotel amenities standards.

The place was spotless, the staff were super friendly and understanding, and it felt very family‑friendly. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

I’ve never had a bad stay before this. The AC in my room was useless; they told me to turn it off and unplug it a few times. When I asked for a microwave, Tony said he’d sort it out but never did, and there was no TV remote. They didn’t offer me a different room. I had to go back inside to use the bathroom, and the woman who I think is the owner got upset because my son had removed the window locks so we could open it—she told Tony I could open it, but the window wouldn’t budge. When I explained the AC was broken, she said she didn’t care. They claimed the room was nice, but it wasn’t. I won’t stay here again. The broken AC, water damage on the walls, and windows that don’t open make it a terrible room.
