The staff were friendly, but the maintenance team was lacking; the sink faucet in our room was loose and the shower faucet was also loose. We couldn't sleep well because people were slamming doors all night.

After they refilled the items, breakfast turned out good, though a few maintenance issues remained.

At $100 a night, the place would feel nicer if it got some elbow‑grease spackling. The fan was covered in dust, walls had holes, and the door lacked an upper lock.

The room was okay, but the security lock on the door was broken and the night clerk said it was fine until morning. The bathroom door knob was broken and the interior was not properly sealed.

Basic accommodations and quiet, but the continental breakfast was largely picked over with many items missing and no attendant checking stock. My wife and I were the only ones in the kitchen around 7 AM, so it was unclear why it wasn't attended to. The PTAC ventilation unit was off when we entered, leaving the air a bit stale; at least the fan should have been running. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut, appearing to have been forcefully opened and breaking the hollow‑core door, and the entry door also seemed to have been forced open, with the handle pushed through the wall. The door worked but the lack of maintenance was obvious.
