The location is great, the room is comfortable, the bathroom is good, and the breakfast is fine. They charged for parking, which contradicted what was advertised on Booking. The reception’s treatment is poor and lacking. Other staff provide reasonable service.

The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very good. I also want to highlight the cafeteria staff, who were very polite, attentive, and helpful during service. I had a very unpleasant experience with the afternoon receptionist, who was in a bad mood and treated me arrogantly when I asked about paid parking. No one should leave the comfort of their home to pay for a service and be treated poorly. Courtesy, respect, and friendliness should be the minimum, especially for front‑desk staff. If someone isn’t satisfied or isn’t in a good mood to serve guests, perhaps it’s better to let someone else handle the interaction. Also, given the price of the stay, I expected more comfort. The room lacks air‑conditioning, only a ceiling fan. At that price, air‑conditioning would be the minimum expected. I hope management reviews both the quality of service and the facilities offered to guests.
