The garden featured olive trees and the bed was comfortable, with everything spotless. The only downside was the limited breakfast; coffee was an extra charge, which was a surprise.

The location and cleanliness were good. However, there was no secure parking, the staff didn’t speak foreign languages, and we only got to talk to someone at checkout. The breakfast was extremely noisy.

The setting was quiet, not far from the beach, shops, and restaurants.

We were overall very satisfied with our stay. The staff were cheerful, sweet‑talking, caring, and helpful, making us feel comfortable. Their approach to guests was genuinely nice and sincere, and we thank the whole team for their effort. It’s a hotel we’d choose again when we return to Istanbul. 🌸

The air conditioning cools the room quickly, the bed is comfortable, and the balcony is spacious. Fire escapes and extinguishers are properly placed. We regretted booking here because mornings lacked hot water or it wasn’t hot enough, so we couldn’t bathe our baby—a problem never seen elsewhere. The receptionist said the hotel was fully booked, but that shouldn’t excuse technical failures. She seemed unaware of hotel standards. The hotel isn’t suitable for wheelchair or stroller users: no ramp at the entrance and no elevator inside. Despite booking a month ahead and noting our baby, they couldn’t provide a ground‑floor room. The toilet is mounted very high and the shower entrance is extremely low, requiring a duck. The door only closes when slammed; otherwise it stays open. Soundproofing is poor—you can hear neighbors’ conversations. The receptionist claimed rooms are cleaned every three days, and to get cleaning you must hand over the key—a fact we discovered by accident. Fresh towels didn’t smell fresh, so bring your own. An extra charge for coffee at breakfast further lowered the hotel’s standards. When a forest fire erupted in Altınoluk, the hotel doors were left open, letting smoke spread through the hallways and endangering our baby. When we tried to shorten our stay, they refused to refund the remaining days, though they eventually helped us.
