The building is brand‑new, super comfy and spotless, with excellent water pressure. It sits right on the square but still feels calm. The breakfast on the terrace offers a stunning sea view and is prepared by the manager himself, who is incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the window frames are mounted on pegs, leaving a fully open frame that lets mosquitoes in and probably makes the air‑conditioner work harder during hot, humid August days—though that wasn't an issue for us, and such windows are common in northeastern Brazil.
