The breakfast was good, but the room hygiene was terrible—dust and rust on the radiators, no shower exhaust, the sink had cracks in the coating, the wallpaper peeled off in many places, and there were holes in the windows.

The site was convenient and breakfast was decent, yet the bed was terrible and sank down, the lift was extremely noisy, and although we arrived early the reception was unmanned until 15:00, so after that we were told to park the car elsewhere and couldn’t get a spot at the hotel – only to discover a day earlier we could have reserved a parking space, contrary to the earlier claim that it wasn’t possible.

The location was good, but there was no coffee or tea machine in the room, no heating, no air‑conditioning, and the windows had to be opened.

We were traveling with a four‑year‑old and had to go elsewhere for dinner because the kitchen was closed; when we returned around 8:30 pm the entire food service was shut down, so we got nothing, put the child to bed and stayed in our room without any meal.
