Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. Pool area was in need of an update. Room service was supposed to be available daily until 11pm. However was not available. I acknowledge 2 of the days were public holidays but after holidays were over, room service was not available

The place was cozy and pleasant, with no issues at all.

The price was good, breakfast was decent, and the free shuffle bus to the city was handy. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in had a strong mold and damp smell that made it impossible to stay longer. The location is remote, so there’s nothing to do nearby; you have to take the shuffle bus or a taxi to get anywhere.

I stayed here for over 3 months while finding a condo to buy in Chaam. I think it's a really good hotel. Good value and consistent good quality service. There were no surprises and the level of service remained the same the entire 3 months. My only complaint would be noise. Road noise (not the hotels fault) and cleaning staff (glass water bottles klinking together all day). Noise nearly made me insane over 3 months, but I still rate the hotel highly
