“very bad stay, if I had not paid in advanced I would have moved to different one.”
Nothing positive. Everything was bad: no maintenance, torn bedsheets, cockroaches everywhere, broken window latches, lazy room service that required multiple calls to get a room cleaned, a non‑working phone in the room that forced me to go to reception for water, unclean bathrooms, and no hot water in the room.

I couldn’t speak or contact the staff, so I decided to leave the property without any arrangement from the staff.
