Great location right on the beach and in the center of Cuzco. The staff are very nice and the rooms are relatively clean. There are no facilities – no iron, no coffee machine, no fabric softener, no towels at the pool, and the bar is closed at the pool. It’s just a place to sleep and it’s a shame because it has potential.

We really liked the location, but above all the hotel’s appearance (everything looked new and well maintained) and the comfort of the room. The staff also gave great tips and helped with the tours we were looking for. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t included.

The facilities are great, the room is new, very pretty, comfortable, spacious, and offers a wonderful view. The location is strategic, close to everything. The tap water tastes a little brackish, and it would be nice to have some snacks in the room.
