Very good, smiling hosts and their family; the room was roomy and the bed comfortable. They cleaned several times and twice brought a huge bottle of water for free. The location is good, but you need a bike to get around everywhere. No wildlife, just a few small geckos in the kitchen. A café is nearby, and the airport is just a 1‑hour ride. The shower had a weak water pressure.

The hotel sits in a very good spot, not far from Ubud’s center, with a fenced, secure area and a small garden that matches the photos. The pool is clean, spacious, and well lit. The room has a modern TV that works with YouTube and Netflix. The staff—including owner Agus—clean the room regularly, efficiently, and are very friendly. A grocery store is a 10‑minute walk or a 2‑minute scooter ride away, and scooters can be rented. The price is reasonable. We had some temporary problems with tap water and Wi‑Fi, but Agus was always in touch and fixed everything quickly.

Cozy, clean, and the owner is welcoming and ready to help with everything, and the rest of the staff is just as friendly. There are a few cafés within walking distance, but a bike is more convenient (you can rent one right there). The pool is quite deep; it looks smaller in the photos than it actually is 😀. Everything was great, thanks!

Well fitted kitchenette, good suburbs, peaceful stay. Pool was too deep especially if staying with kids. Cleanliness in the bathrooms and kitchen area could be improved and responsiveness by staff was very slow
