המיקום , הקרבה לתחבורה ציבורית. צוות מלון. מיטות חורקות ולא נוחות. בימים שביקשנו טיפול בחדר , לא נעשה דבר מלבד סידור המיטה ,החלפת מגבות ופינוי פח האשפה (לא הוחלפו מצעים במשך כל השבוע והחדר וחדר האמבטיה לא נוקו )

The place is simply awesome. It’s quiet, clean, and spacious, and the staff are overly friendly, even giving you a small “goodbye/thank you” gift, which is over the top for a 3‑star hotel. The twin‑bed room was great, clean, and very roomy, with furniture arranged smartly. There’s plenty of parking outside, so you’ll always find a spot regardless of vehicle size, and if you arrive after 10 p.m. just let them know and they’ll hide the key in a way that feels like a little spy. One thing to remember: the local tax can only be paid in cash. The only downside is that if you want to wake up, grab coffee, and walk into the city center, you’ll have to walk a fair distance, take the bus (public transport in Salzburg is kind of okay), or drive. On the other hand, the hotel’s quiet neighborhood makes you forget you’re in a city. It’s not for “young & crazy” nightlife seekers, but it’s perfect for families or anyone who wants to fully relax. Bottom line: if you want to enjoy the city, this hotel will enhance your stay; if you don’t like Salzburg, this place will definitely improve your experience.
