“would stay again but NOT eat there”
The staff were courteous, especially housekeeping person Sumontha from Bangladesh. The room was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. The restaurant food was BAD. The elevators were often wet from people using the swimming pool. Families with young children should be kept on certain floors only, so other guests can enjoy peace and quiet.
The hotel was beautiful, brand‑new, clean, and fragrant. Inside you find a pool, gym, and elevators. For 60 euros a night for two, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I liked everything. It’s a bit far from the city centre, but a Grab or Bolt will get you there quickly.

The room was clean and comfortable. I could hear rumbling from the floor above.
The place was calm and very quiet. Prices were reasonable and the facilities were excellent. Maybe the food could be better; I think the options were limited and not the best.

The water pressure was strong and the bed was very comfortable for sleeping; however, the hotel is in a relatively remote area making shopping inconvenient, the elevator was noisy enough to be heard at night, and despite being marketed as five‑star it didn’t even send me a postcard.
