“Не понравилось, не комфортно совсем , ничего хорошего . В детскую комнату только со взрослыми , даже если ребенок взросл”
I liked only the room – large, spacious, clean, and they always tidied it. The pool opens at 10 am, which is inconvenient, there’s no medical staff, a child cut his leg and they couldn’t help, the pictures show a sea but you can’t lie down – just a shore with rocks, the breakfasts were bad, children under 14 aren’t allowed in the kids’ area, I was with a small child and couldn’t leave the room on the 7th floor, even sitting in a corner was not allowed.
“для тех кто хочет жить 5 звезд за не большие деньги”
The hotel’s location is great, though it’s not by the sea. There’s a nice pool where you can rent different gadgets, and breakfast isn’t bad, but we came from a much worse place and this one was a solid upgrade. The area is lively with plenty of cafés and restaurants, and the hotel itself offers almost daily brunch with music near the sea—price‑quality is spot on, and the lobby is beautiful. The kids’ area is cool, with gadgets and good delivery service. However, rooms smell like sewage. The pool has a lot of red tape restrictions that force you to walk around; there are no showers near the pool—only one near the toilet, which is inconvenient. Breakfast variety dwindles after five days, and the staff are rigid; they promised to bring a cart for luggage but didn’t show up on time. I saw them in the elevator at check‑out, but they couldn’t lift the bags down. They don’t speak English, so everything is done through a translator app, which is frustrating. There were no teaspoons in the dining area. I paid 400 yuan for a bus to the airport, but the bags didn’t fit; I could have taken a 200 yuan bus myself, even though the agreement was that they’d drive us in a large hotel bus. The staff were heavy‑set, nodding but doing nothing. The sea is visible in the pictures and nearby, but you can’t swim there.
There’s no place to swim; you could build a temporary bridge to let guests swim in the sea, and then more people would choose this spot.
“Très bon séjour”
Aside from a small mix‑up at the beginning, everything turned out perfect. We stayed in a gorgeous suite with a huge, pleasant balcony. The room was always impeccably prepared and the housekeeping ladies were very kind and attentive. Every day they provided plenty of water bottles, coffee capsules and tea, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, varied and of good quality. The lounge also deserves mention – it was well stocked daily, with friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere. All in all, a beautiful stay in a comfortable, well‑maintained hotel that we gladly recommend.
It’s far from the beach.
