Bavarian Inn, Black Hills

All the reviews were accurate. The place was comfortable, staff were super nice, and it was right off the highway yet still peaceful inside the property.

“Nice place, but complimentary coffee in the lobby would have made it much better.”

The Bavarian Inn was very welcoming; flowers surrounded the office, cookies and milk were offered in the afternoon, and laundry facilities and soap were free. The room was large and well appointed. The coffee in the room required a flimsy disposable pod holder, which made me think about the microplastics it produced; I wouldn’t use it. The only other option was to buy coffee at the attached cafe, and no complimentary coffee was given in the lobby.

“Great little inn in the mountains!”

The location is close to many attractions, the staff were beyond helpful in every way, laundry was available, cookies and milk in the afternoon were a treat, and the beds were very comfortable.

“VERY relaxing!”

The atmosphere was relaxed, staff were very friendly, I liked having the laundry room, and the “Cookie Happy Hour” was wonderful. The tub drain was very slow and the caulking around it could use replacement for a better look.
