The room was tidy, as was the entire property. The modern and functional furnishings, including a full bathroom with a hair dryer, were great. It’s a short walk (20 pleasant minutes) from Ponte Milvio and the Olympic and Foro Italico areas. It was used for its proximity to the CNSR and convenient bus line. I will definitely return.

The place is overall pretty nice, and it had everything you need in a room (room n.7 in our case). The location is great, especially if you’re heading to the stadium for concerts or matches – a 20‑minute walk gets you there. The room was clean enough, not overly demanding. A few pieces of furniture could use a look‑over: a broken toilet seat and a shower nozzle that doesn’t work well, but those are manageable.

The room was quite spacious, with a new bathroom that was clean and well kept, better than what some reviews suggest. It was very comfortable and close to the Olympic Stadium. The toilet seat was broken, and the TV remote didn’t work.
