“Looking foward to next time!”
The spot is great for hiking around Bukhansan, and the host was fantastic. Just keep the noise down because the neighbors downstairs are super sensitive.

The gear was all set up, and washing and drying clothes was super convenient. I’d recommend taking a taxi, as the owner provides a parking spot. Because it’s a two‑story building, the upstairs room is on the second floor, and the downstairs neighbors complain at night; the floor is thin, so even a light step makes noise. I wouldn’t bring little kids, as their sounds would constantly bother the downstairs. During the lease, the owner entered the house without telling me; I need a private space and don’t like being disturbed, so think carefully if you need privacy.

The homeowner was really nice, and the house itself was amazing.

Unlike the busy street, the surroundings were quiet and very clean. The mountains were close and the nature was rich. Enpyeong Korean Village and cafés are popular with tourists, and you can walk there in a few minutes. The bus stop is within walking distance, and a big mart is right after the bus, which is convenient. The interior was clean, warm, and had plenty of equipment, so there was nothing to worry about. It was comfortable for a family of six, unlike hotels. Thank you. The building’s second floor is where guests stay, while the first floor is used by other people, so the noise is sensitive, and I had a child, so I was careful. We booked for the maximum of six people, but the host made a mistake and we couldn’t use one room. However, the host quickly offered a solution, and we had a pleasant stay. The host’s home felt like a regular house, so I was a bit puzzled at first.

Its closeness to the mountain ranges, CU convenience stores, and cafés with magnificent views, plus the peace and quiet, is great. My partner enjoyed looking at the furniture and amenities that reflect local Korean life. All the furniture and gadgets were very high‑end, making this place feel exclusive compared to others.
