“Great location, large room with great amenities”

The location is excellent, just off the highway near a well‑kept walking trail. Check‑in was simple and the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. A fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker were great because we travel with a cooler. There was a table for breakfast and a desk to check messages on the computer. The bathroom was very clean, and there were plenty of electrical outlets. Parking right outside the room door was a bonus.

Everything was beyond our expectations. The room was spotless, the windows were immaculate, and the staff were very friendly. We appreciated how the staff explained the early‑check‑out process. The service exceeded what we anticipated.

“ripped off”

I paid 160 for a room, but my friends got the same room for 98, and the guy at the counter insisted my room was different, even though it was identical.
