“Een nacht op doorreis”

The surroundings were beautiful and, surprisingly, the hotel is run by a Dutch couple so we were greeted in Dutch; the breakfast was nice with a choice of fresh boiled or fried eggs, top! The bed was long enough for my friend (1.96m), but the duvet was a bit short; fortunately it was warm enough. The room and the rest of the hotel had a high level of messiness.

The place feels like a family home, with staff who keep checking in on you and are genuinely helpful. Daily cleaning keeps the rooms spotless, and the kitchen always has fresh, homemade meals and a generous breakfast spread. The only downside is the bathroom – the shower area feels a bit dated and there's no proper vanity. Overall, a solid recommendation with a small room for improvement.

The view from the room is breathtaking, and you can also enjoy the same panorama from the pool area. It’s a simple stay, but the scenery makes it memorable.

The owners are amazing, always welcoming and attentive. The rooms are super clean and cozy, and the location is perfect for hiking and motorcycle rides. The restaurant serves delicious local dishes that really hit the spot. Highly recommend staying here.

“Ganz nett wenn man urischen Stil mag, ruhig gelegen”

This rustic, nostalgic spot is small and peaceful, with easy access to great hiking trails right from the doorstep. The rooms feel a bit old‑fashioned, and the mattresses are worn out, which made our nights restless. The bathroom could use a refresh, and the breakfast was decent but nothing special. Still, the tranquility makes it worth a visit.
