The check‑in staff and the restaurant team were very friendly, but the breakfast attendant was unpleasant, visibly upset because we arrived close to the closing time and then charged us an extra fee without warning when we left, just because we filled the thermos with hot water for mate. My daughter, who doesn’t eat breakfast when she wakes up, didn’t consume anything even though the service was paid for. The room was too small, and the bathroom lacked shampoo.
