La ubicación. Que no tenía cocina, es una habitación con baño. Y en los tres días no disponíamos ni de una escoba ni recogedor para al menos poder mantener la habitación limpia, por si se derramaba algo

The spot was perfect, but for a city flooded with tourists, paying 200 € per night for a rather run‑down place is hard to justify—though we only used it for sleeping, the great location made up for it.

The spot was great, the room had a balcony overlooking a canal and was close to a vaporetto pier; we had our flight cancelled, and after repeatedly asking for a refund on the first day I still haven’t heard back; I asked if they could store my luggage on the last day and I’m still waiting for a reply, so we found a store that offered that service. On the first day after the flight cancellation we had to wait half an hour on the street for the keys; the window was broken and didn’t close properly, so air and noise came in, but the air‑conditioning helped; the bathroom had a slight urine smell, which was tolerable; at the building entrance a rat appeared the middle of the days we were there, but that’s Venice.
